Every InboxCRM tool, explained step by step

Pick a tool below for a short how-to guide with a preview of what it looks like. Every guide is written in both English and Sinhala — switch languages with one click on the page.

CRM Pipeline

The CRM pipeline is a board of stages that your WhatsApp chats move through, like Lead, Qualified, Proposal, Won and Lost. You can see where every conversation stands without scrolling back through your chat list.

Campaigns

Campaigns let you send one message to a list of customers who agreed to hear from you. InboxCRM sends it from your own WhatsApp Web, one person at a time, with pacing and daily limits switched on by default.

Quick Replies

Quick replies are saved messages you can send into any WhatsApp chat in a click. A quick reply can be one line of text or a sequence of texts, photos, videos, voice notes, documents and waits.

Scheduling Center

Write a WhatsApp message now and InboxCRM sends it at the date and time you choose. Messages can go out once or repeat daily, weekly, every 2 weeks, monthly, yearly or every few days.

Chatbot Flows

Chatbot Flows lets you build a small WhatsApp chatbot by connecting blocks on a canvas. You pick what starts the flow, add messages, waits and conditions, test it with a dry run, then switch it on.

Sales Funnel Dashboard

The Funnel dashboard shows how many chats sit in each stage of a CRM board, how many make it to the last stage, and how much revenue they carry. There is no funnel to build. It is created from your boards automatically.

Auto-Attendance

Auto-attendance answers incoming WhatsApp messages for you. You build a rule with triggers (like a keyword or a new conversation) and steps (like a text or an image), and the extension replies when a message matches.

Follow-Up Rules

Follow-up rules watch stages on your CRM board. When a chat has sat in a stage for the time you set, or when it leaves the stage, InboxCRM sends the steps you chose to that chat.

Chat Backup

Chat backup saves your WhatsApp chats, contacts and media on this computer while WhatsApp Web is open. You can export chosen chats as a ZIP, and save your CRM data to a separate backup file.

Dashboard

The Dashboard is InboxCRM's home page. It shows the status of each feature at a glance, lists every tool in plain words, and keeps a feed of recent schedules, notifications and campaigns.

Notifications & Reminders

Create personal reminders, such as "call this customer back at 3pm", and get a Chrome notification when they are due. You can also let InboxCRM check your contacts' birthdays each day.

Privacy Blur

Privacy blur hides contact names, profile pictures, last-message previews, message text and media on WhatsApp Web with one click. Hover over anything blurred to read it for a moment.

Menu Features (Show / Hide Tools)

Menu Features is a small window with one switch per tool. Turn a switch off to hide that tool's icon from the InboxCRM sidebar in WhatsApp Web, or click "Open" to jump straight into the tool.

Settings

The Settings panel holds the options that apply to the whole extension: language, privacy blur, sending safety, backup and the AI assistant. It opens beside the sidebar, so you never leave WhatsApp Web.
