Schedule a WhatsApp campaign to a customer list

Ask the AI to schedule a message to one of your recipient lists. You always see a preview first, and your sending limits pace the send.

  • Preview first
SCHEDULE A CAMPAIGN: Pick the list and time; Check the preview; Paced by your safety limits

The prompt

Copy this into Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini

Schedule a campaign to my "VIP customers" list for Saturday at 10:00: "The holiday gift boxes are back in stock. Reply YES and I'll keep one for you."

Change the names, times and amounts to your own.
  • Changes on: Switch on “Let Claude change my InboxCRM (create, edit, delete)” on the same tab.
  • Preview first: the AI shows you what would happen and changes nothing until you say yes.

Step by step

How to do it

What you get: A planned send that goes out at the right time, paced to protect your number.

  1. 1Make sure the list exists, or ask the AI to build it first.
  2. 2Switch on changes in InboxCRM.
  3. 3Paste the prompt.
  4. 4The AI shows a preview: the list, how many people and the time. Nothing is sent yet.
  5. 5Say yes to schedule it. Leave the computer on with WhatsApp Web open on Saturday.

Tips

  • Send a test to yourself first.
  • Ask "how did the campaign do?" the next day.

Watch out

Only message people who agreed to hear from you. Bulk messaging can get a number restricted.
