WhatsApp is where the sale happens
Online sellers, agents, clinics, salons, freelancers and support teams answer customers on WhatsApp all day. Most of them keep track of leads in their head, a spreadsheet or a notes app — and that's where follow-ups get missed and customer details get lost.
InboxCRM puts the missing pieces next to each chat: a sales pipeline, per-contact notes and tags, quick replies, reminders, scheduling, simple automation, reports and order tracking. You keep using the WhatsApp account you already have. There's no Business API setup, number migration or separate inbox.
It's built for small teams and solo sellers who have outgrown chat labels but don't need a full API platform. It isn't a shared team inbox, and it works only in WhatsApp Web on desktop Chrome — see when InboxCRM isn't the right fit.

How we build InboxCRM
Work where the conversation happens
Customers already talk to small businesses on WhatsApp. InboxCRM adds the pipeline, notes and follow-ups to WhatsApp Web instead of asking you to copy chats into another tool.
Your CRM data stays on your device
Pipelines, notes, tags, templates and orders are stored in Chrome's local storage. InboxCRM keeps no server-side copy of your CRM records, and the optional cloud chat backup is encrypted on your device first.
Bring your own AI
The AI assistant is optional and uses your own OpenRouter, OpenAI, Gemini or Groq key, so you choose the provider and the cost.
Be honest about automation
Campaign sending is paced with caps, quiet hours and warm-up mode, and auto-replies wait before answering. We say plainly that this reduces the risk of WhatsApp restrictions — it can't remove it.
Not to be confused with email CRMs
Other products use the name "InboxCRM" for Gmail and email tools. This InboxCRM is the WhatsApp CRM for WhatsApp Web, available on the Chrome Web Store as "WhatsApp CRM - InboxCRM" and at inboxcrm.net.
