The rail on WhatsApp Web
Once installed, InboxCRM adds this thin strip to the left edge of WhatsApp Web. Every tool is one click from here.

Hello! Let me show you where everything lives. Once InboxCRM is installed, WhatsApp Web gets this thin white strip on its left edge — we call it the rail. Every tool is one click away from here, and it stays put while you chat.

Apps: sell and message
CRM pipeline, Campaigns, Quick replies & AI, Scheduling, Workflows and the Sales funnel. Hover any icon for its name.

The first group is your everyday apps. From the top: the CRM pipeline, where chats become cards on a board. Campaigns, for sending one message to many people. Quick replies and the AI assistant. Scheduling, to write now and send later. Workflows, the chatbot builder. And the Sales funnel, which turns your pipeline into numbers. Hover any icon and its name pops up.

Auto-attendance replies to common questions, Follow-up nudges quiet leads, Chat backup keeps a local copy of your chats.

The chat-tools panel
The brand button at the top of the rail opens a panel on the right with tools for the chat you have open: notes, quick replies, scheduling, pipeline stage.

The round button at the very top of the rail opens the chat-tools panel on the right. It's about the conversation you have open right now: private notes about this person, quick replies you can drop in, a message to schedule, and the pipeline stage they're in. Press the button again to close it.

The toolbar popup
Click the InboxCRM icon in Chrome's toolbar from any tab. It opens WhatsApp Web and lists every page — including Tutorials.
