Step by step
How to do it
What you get: A set of ready answers for the questions that eat your day.
- 1Switch on both reading and changes in InboxCRM.
- 2Paste the prompt.
- 3The AI reads your recent chats and shows you the 5 questions with draft answers.
- 4Correct prices, hours or anything else, then tell it to save.
- 5Open Quick replies in InboxCRM to see them.
Tips
- Keep each answer under 3 lines.
- Name them clearly, such as Price list or Delivery times, so you can ask for them by name later.
Watch out
Check every price and promise in the drafts before you save them.
