Book the parcel for Kamal's latest order with Koombiyo, then send him the tracking number.

Change the names, times and amounts to your own.
  • Reading on: Switch on “Let Claude read my chats and orders” on the Claude tab of InboxCRM’s HTTP API window.
  • Changes on: Switch on “Let Claude change my InboxCRM (create, edit, delete)” on the same tab.
  • Preview first: the AI shows you what would happen and changes nothing until you say yes.

Step by step

How to do it

What you get: Parcels booked without copying addresses into a courier site.

  1. 1Connect your Koombiyo or Royal Express account in InboxCRM first.
  2. 2Switch on reading and changes.
  3. 3Paste the prompt.
  4. 4Check the preview: order, address and cash to collect. Say yes.
  5. 5The AI saves the tracking number and can send it to the customer.

Tips

  • Ask "refresh tracking for today's parcels" in the evening.
  • Book several orders one by one, checking each preview.

Watch out

Courier booking works with Koombiyo and Royal Express in Sri Lanka. Your courier keys are never visible to the AI.
