What the tour covers, step by step

Save what each customer ordered and its tracking code, then send them the tracking link in one click.

  1. 01

    One place for every parcel

Customers on the left, their shipments on the right. Each shipment is what they ordered, the carrier and the tracking code. New shipment starts one.

    Read the narration

Welcome to Orders and deliveries. When you ship things to customers, the same question comes back every day: 'where's my parcel?'. This page keeps the answer next to the chat. On the left, every customer with a shipment; on the right, what they ordered, which carrier has it and the tracking code. Everything starts with New shipment. Let's add one for Maria, who just ordered a cake. Press Next.

  2. 02

    Pick the customer

Filter your contacts by name or number, or type a phone with the country code and press Use number. The shipment is linked to that chat.

    Read the narration

First, who is it for? Filter your saved contacts by name or number — I'm typing 'mar' and there's Maria Silva. If the person isn't in your contacts yet, type their phone number with the country code at the bottom and press Use number. The shipment is linked to that WhatsApp chat, which is what makes the one-click message possible later.

  3. 03

What, who carries it, and the code

Product name and Tracking code are required. Carrier picks the tracking site (Correios, Jadlog, Shopee, Aliexpress, Loggi…). Order id and Date are optional but handy.

    Read the narration

The form is short. Product name — what they ordered, in your words. Carrier — who's delivering; the list covers Correios, Jadlog, Shopee, Aliexpress, Loggi and more, with Other for anything else. Tracking code — copy it exactly from the carrier's receipt; it's what the tracking link is built from. Order id is your own shop number, and Date defaults to today. Product name and tracking code are the only two you must fill in.

  4. 04

    Why the carrier matters

Each carrier maps to a public tracking page — Loggi to loggi.com, Correios to Link Correios, marketplaces to Muambator, Other to Parcels App. The link is built from the code.

    Read the narration

A small detail with a big effect: the carrier decides which tracking website the link points at. Loggi opens Loggi's tracker, Correios opens Link Correios, Shopee and Aliexpress parcels go to Muambator, and Other uses Parcels App, which handles most couriers worldwide. So pick the right carrier and the link just works — for you and for the customer. Then Save.

  5. 05

    Maria's shipments

Saved. The customer now appears on the left, and the card lists each shipment: product, carrier, code (click to copy), date and order number. Add shipment adds another.

    Read the narration

Saved. Maria now appears in the list on the left, and her card shows the shipment: the cake, Loggi, the tracking code — click it to copy — the date and order number ten forty-two. A customer can have as many shipments as you like; Add shipment at the bottom adds the next one to the same card.

  6. 06

    Four actions per shipment

Open the carrier's tracking page, send a tracking message to the customer, edit the shipment, or delete it. Hover a row to see them.

    Read the narration

Every shipment has four small buttons on the right. The first opens the carrier's tracking page in a new tab, so you can check where the parcel is. The paper plane sends the tracking info to the customer — that's the next step. Then edit, for a wrong code, and delete.

  7. 07

Send the tracking link in one click

After a confirmation, InboxCRM sends a ready-made message to the customer's chat: product, carrier, code and the tracking link. WhatsApp Web must be open in another tab.

    Read the narration

Here's the payoff. Press the paper plane and InboxCRM asks 'Send tracking message to Maria Silva?'. Confirm, and this message goes to her chat: the product, the carrier, the code, and the tracking link — she taps it and sees her parcel move. No copying codes back and forth. It's sent through your WhatsApp Web tab, so keep that open in another tab. Open chat, at the bottom, jumps straight to her conversation.

  8. 08

    Find any parcel fast

Search by customer name, phone, tracking code or order number. The number beside each customer is how many shipments they have.

    Read the narration

When a customer asks 'where's order ten forty-two?', use the search on the left: it matches names, phone numbers, tracking codes and order numbers. The little number next to each customer is how many shipments they have. Two seconds, and you have the answer in front of you — with a button to send it.

  9. 09

    Track your next order

Open Orders & deliveries the next time you post a parcel: New shipment, pick the chat, paste the code, Save, then send the link. Next: Contacts & notes.

    Read the narration

That's it. Next time you post a parcel, open Orders and deliveries, press New shipment, pick the chat, paste the code and save — then send the link before the customer even asks. Open the real page here, or continue with Contacts and notes to keep the rest of each customer's story in one place.
