How to keep important chats on top without new messages burying them

Two ways to do it. The first needs no extra software.

With WhatsApp alone

  1. 1Pin your three most valuable open chats. Three is WhatsApp's limit.
  2. 2Every Monday, unpin the ones that are finished and pin new ones.
  3. 3Mark any other chat you owe a reply as unread, so it stays bold.
  4. 4Archive chats that are finished, so the list is shorter.

With InboxCRM

  1. 1Open a chat you must not lose.
  2. 2Pin it from the chat-tools panel.
  3. 3It stays at the top of the WhatsApp Web chat list.
  4. 4Unpin it when the deal is done.
